I have 2 rabbits. both girls. one of my girls got pregnant. she made a nest in the ground outside, i their rabbit pen. she filled it with hay, and her fur, then one day the hole (nest ) was filled in! my bunny's usually fill in each-other's holes but this was a nest! did she just fill in the hole as usual or was it a false pregnancy? Continue weaning the one you found and keep a close eye for any others that may venture out - they will only leave the nest if the mother is not feeding them, so you will need to try and take over that role. Yesterday, i found a little one (a runt) outside of the shed. i brought her in the house and we are feeding her goat milk with a suringe. I found two who passed away outside of the shed today.
