Red Door Animal Shelter is a no-kill shelter committed to helping animals in need. Its primary focus is on the rescue, shelter and adoption of cats, dogs and rabbits—the three most popular pets in the United States.
It’s one of only five no-kill, multi-species shelters in the country that admits rabbits as well as cats and dogs, spays/neuters them and places them up for adoption.
Every year, Red Door rescues and finds homes for hundreds of abused and abandoned animals. They receive no federal, state, county or city money. They are funded by private donations and grants from private foundations.
